Treating Spots
Tea tree oil is the best treatment for treating spots from the outside.
It is a natural antibiotic and antibacterial, and has a drying effect on the skin.
It has been shown to be as good as the chemical treatments available over the counter at the chemist.
Dab it on neat (undiluted) to individual spots with a cotton bud.
Try and use the tea tree oil on the spots as soon as they appear to speed up the healing process.
Make sure you eat plenty of foods with antioxidants
